Title: Office Scheduler
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-service oriented front office shift manager with experience in the healthcare field to join our team. The front office shift manager will be responsible for managing shifts and schedules for patients and caregivers, training caregivers, and interacting with patients and other staff members in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule shifts for caregivers using electronic health records systems
- Confirm shifts with patients and caregivers via phone or email
- Train and schedule caregivers for shifts
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient and caregiver inquiries
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize shifts as needed
- Forward calls to necessary office staff
- Assist with other front office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience in the healthcare field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and electronic health records systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
