With a Little Help is hiring for a Full-Time On-Call Caregiver to provide in-home care within the Greater Seattle Area. Caregiver must have a high level of communication and be willing to drive to the homes of clients with varying needs, and to our office located in Seattle.
Job Description includes:

• Provide 1-on-1 in-home care to a variety of clients with different physical and mental conditions
• May be required to drive some clients in vehicle
• Assist with common ADLs including personal care and light transfers
• Guaranteed 30-40hours depending on role
• When not providing care, assist with caregiver training and some admin work

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Licensed/certified CNA/HCA – with at least one year experience providing direct care
• Comfortable providing care to both male and female clients
• Driver’s License and proof of insurance with a reliable vehicle
• Pass required background checks and provide references
• Ability to work and drive to various work locations in the Greater Seattle Area
• Ability to work in a home with pets
• Good written and oral communication skills – able to read/understand multiple care plans
• US work authorization required
• Some Administrative experience preferred
