We are hiring a Furnace Operator for an immediate start.

The right candidate is reliable, possess manufacturing experience, and is looking for a career to grow and keep learning the trade.

As a Furnace Operator, you will load and unload incoming components while operating heat treatment furnaces. In addition, you will:

• Control and monitor heat treatment furnaces while following written procedures on shop orders.
• Prepare work for processing; load and unload furnaces, bins, fixtures, baskets, etc.
• Bring any unusual problem or irregularity to the attention of supervisor.
• Practice and promote safety and good housekeeping.
• This position will allows for cross training and development of additional skills

This is a second shift position- Monday to Friday 3 pm-12 am.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

• Woburn, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 2 years (Required)
• furnace operator or similar: 1 year (Required)
