Candidate for this position will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of incidents with guests who may have had less than a Legendary experience. As an extension of our restaurants, excellent customer care and concern skills are invaluable. Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Analytical skills in investigation and determining liability to resolve guest incidents
  • Critical thinking in situational elements working towards resolution
  • Proficient in all aspects of investigating claim files, including recorded statements, gathering documentation, Vendor management, and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of a claims management system
  • Able to evaluate and set proper reserves, issue payments based on liability, or issue denial to guest or attorney
  • Provide feedback for loss control, training, and facility maintenance
  • Work within Claims management best practices
  • May come in contact with company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets

Requirements:


Education: High School diploma, Bachelors degree preferred. Experience may be substituted for education.


Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in premises liability claims handling, currently holds a resident adjuster’s license.


Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Teams, Claims management system including a diary system
