Overview:Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of hospital in good repair. Minor electrical work, mechanical repairs and other duties relating to maintenance are the primary duties.
Qualifications:
Expierience in plumbing and electrical. High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Basic computer knowledge.
