ethos Greek Bistro (ethosbistro.com) in Wilton Manors, FL is seeking an experienced full-time General Manager.

ethos Greek Bistro is well known for its delicious and healthy authentic Greek cuisine and superb service.

In Greek, the word ethos means “characteristic of culture and/or community”, and that is the essence of our restaurant.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and a passion for hospitality. You show initiative and leadership while at the same time being a great team player and leading by example.

Position:

• General Manager

Compensation:

• $65-70K salary
• Medical benefits
• Paid time off
• Bonus pay

Other incentives:

• Additional bonus pay (performance based)

Schedule requirements:

• 50 hours per week

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• Previous Restaurant Management experience in a casual /upscale casual restaurant
• Staff training and motivation
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Scheduling
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• P & L management (meeting financial objectives, maintaining beverage costs, maximizing profitability)
• Payroll
• Managing more than 20 people
