McGrath Moto is currently looking for a highly motivated, aggressive, detail oriented, and customer focused General Manager. Must be able to handle the pace and demand of a high-volume store.
Our goal is to make it easy for customers to purchase by having fun while selling the industry’s best products. This role drives the company’s key performance metrics by delivering a kickass experience to each and every customer through the team they manage.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead the team through our company’s vision and direction to encompass our mission statement. Build relationships with peers and management - Recruit, hire, develop and retain top sales talent for the store to include excellent staffing levels; train and continuously develop teams
- Communicate clear expectations and hold team accountable to achieve all brand, performance and behavior standards - Drive the company’s brand loyalty through demonstrating leadership, coaching and connecting with the customer experience
- Manage the execution of the current sales process to deliver a kickass customer experience that creates loyal riders.
- Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle all customer interaction with an award-winning smile and a positive attitude.
- Be able to interpret reporting and manage departments by the data
- Leading weekly meetings with staff to review department and individual goals
- Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual sales goals and cost control
- Plan, implement and regulate promotions
- Increase gross and net profit for entire dealership
- Lead and inspire a remarkable customer service culture by recognizing and rewarding
Qualifications
- Prior General Manager experience or comparable management experience required
- Proven leadership skills and ability to develop a team – have track record of sales performance
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and evenings
