We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity and profitability, and managing staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a proven track record of success in a managerial role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Manage and motivate staff to ensure that objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement.
• Monitor customer service levels and take corrective action as necessary.

Pay: $48,801.00 - $53,703.00 per year
