Job Summary:
Qualified Candidates:
- PA board certification
- Join 4 general surgeons
- Responsibilities to include:
- Work closely with providers to provide continuity of patient care
- See follow-up and post-op patients independently
- Patient education regarding pre-op, hospital and postop expectations with phone call follow up post discharge
- Assist in minor office procedures
- Follow up on all tests ordered to ensure completion and review results (including postop pathology)
- Communicate with and facilitate the coordination of care
- Provide day-to-day clinical job functions related to triage/patient care
- Must be committed, willing to collaborate, and enthusiastic about taking care of patients
- Must have excellent communication skills
