Synthetic Molecule Contract Manufacture Outsourcing Category Manager

Location: Cambridge / Remote

Contract: 3 months (Possible extension)

Job Summary:

Perform the tasks of a Global Category Manager including:

• Activities: Leading proactive category projects, spanning sourcing projects, demand management and process re-engineering, as well as managing sub-category specific supplier performance and innovation activities to support the delivery of the global procurement targets.
• Support GREFP departmental KPIs.

Experience: Have 3-4 experience, 5+ preferred.

Specific skills: Category Project Sourcing, Raw material sourcing (small molecule, synthetic molecule, chemistry background), coordinate with stakeholders, Manufacturing (site selection, RFPs, FTE Models), Procurement (supplier performance management, sustainability, savings, cash flow), FTE based models - folks offsite running experiments and doing process development
