We're looking for a Grants Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and is detail oriented with knowledge of financial reports and reporting tools. The successful candidate will be capable of prioritizing tasks and is the kind of individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the review and financial analysis of proposals received by mail, telephone, fax, and e-mail.
• Assist the office manager in preparing and communicating the organization's annual budget to other departments.
• Meet with clients to discuss funding needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of available funding resources from public and private sources.
• Perform statistical analyses of program data to help determine funding need.
• Apply for grants from state and federal agencies on behalf of the organization.
• Monitor projects funded by grants for compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Use spreadsheets to generate graphics, reports, and charts to communicate project status.
• Write final reports for published materials.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $90.00 per hour
