Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Customer Service Representative with some background in design for a locally owned company in Loudoun County, VA. We are looking for a dynamic individual to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

· Take incoming calls from customers and provide excellent customer service
· Process incoming orders and enter notes in the system
· Provide price quotes as requested
· Respond to problems, offer solutions, and ensure customers are responded to in a timely manner
· Use Adobe or Photoshop to work on projects

Must Haves:
· Experience working with Photoshop or Adobe
· Great organization skills
· 1+ year experience in customer service, call center or any related field
