JOB OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer (Women's) is responsible for designing concepts and layouts for email blasts, print collateral, social media, website, and marketing / sales materials. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the brand's visual identity and standards, in addition to developing fresh and dynamic visuals for the brand and website.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate catalog production inclusive of layout creation, inserting/updating copy, importing images and catalog proofing/review
- Design for digital applications; banners, homepage, email, social and additional misc. online elements
- Design and layout graphics for various in-store POP assets
- Design flyers, coupons and other misc. promotional items for DTC use
- Create a variety or marketing materials
- Maintain project libraries and organize graphics by season and concept
- Maintain visual standards established in brand guidelines across all marketing collateral
- Manage deadlines in accordance with corporate calendar
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Highly proficient in InDesign
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, typography and web specifications
- Knowledge of web design; experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScipt preferred
- Demonstrated photo editing and production skills
- Ability to coordinate, communicate and adhere to deadlines/schedules
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design
