Job Title: Groundskeeper - Campus

Location: Goodwill North Central Texas - 4005 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, Texas

Salary: $13.25 per hour

Work Hours: Work Scheduled between 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday

General Job Duties: Follows established methods in performing grounds maintenance in a safe manner. Adheres to Goodwill and departmental policies and procedures Requests and collects necessary equipment and transports to work areas, cleans equipment, and returns to designated area after use.

Performs periodic or situational duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, and reports any work or area not completed by shift’s end to the immediate supervisor. Reports broken, damaged, inoperative equipment, lights, and/or any customer property to immediate supervisor.

Skills/Qualifications: Prior experience in ground maintenance. Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions. Preference for performing routine and repetitive duties.

Physical Requirements: Stands, stoops, walks, and lifts up to 30 lbs. throughout the working day. Requires operation of various mechanical equipment such as a weed eater or a mower and use of Company vehicle. Perform a variety of duties to include mowing of grass, trimming, and pruning. Good physical stamina. Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements. Ability to pass MVR, drug test, physical examination, and criminal background check.
