Harden Construction and Remodeling, LLC has been in business 25 years and is located in West Harrison, IN (30 minutes from downtown Cincinnati). We provide building maintenance and remodeling services to 250+ restaurant and retail locations within approximately 200 miles of Cincinnati, OH.

We are looking for individuals with strong math skills and mechanical aptitude who are interested in learning a trade and growing with the company. Job requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, and work scheduled hours/nights often out of town, with reliable transportation locally. Company transportation and Per Diem provided with out of town travel.

$17-$18/hr. for those with no previous experience

$20-$22/hr. with limited grouting experience

$22-$28/hr. for grouting specialist who have several years of grouting/regrout experience with limited tile laying experience.

$28-$35/hr. for individuals with several years of tile laying experience, grouting and regrouts.

Year Round Employment - Travel and Nights - Home Weekends - Per Diem with Travel - Typical work week is Monday evening -- Friday morning (4 10s) Valid driver's license with minimal offenses a must. Hand tools required.
