Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the entrance, parking, and exit of the resort to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
• Control and direct traffic flow to maintain orderly entrance, parking, and exit.
• Authorize the entrance of people and vehicles by verifying identification and ensuring that they have proper authorization to enter the resort.
• Report any suspicious behaviors or happenings to the appropriate authorities promptly.
• Monitor surveillance cameras to identify potential security threats or safety concerns and take appropriate action.
• Respond to alarms in a timely manner and take appropriate action as necessary.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and every suspicious action to the appropriate authorities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time
