Guest Service Agent
Job description
· Perform guest check in and check out
· Answer multi line phone keeping and tracking messages for staff and guests
· Keep accurate account of reservations
· Engage with a variety of customers in a professional manner
· Remain calm under pressure
· Exhibit problem solving skills in difficult situations
· Safeguard guest information
· Maintain the welcome desk with a professional appearance
· Controlling, counting, and maintaining cash control for your shift
· Never letting the draw count go above 300 dollars at any time
· When its slow or there is down time cleaning the lobby and desk area
· Logging packages or items for delivery for guests
· Helping with setup refreshing or breakdown of the meeting room
· Helping and working the bar or breakfast area
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
