Pioneer Texas, LLC is looking for its next team member. We are looking for a Handyman/Porter to carry out light maintenance and cleaning. Open to San Antonio and surrounding areas. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.
Hiring: Part Time, Handyman/Porter
Standard Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Changing Light Bulbs.
- Moving Furniture.
- Stacking chairs.
- Restocking toilet paper in restrooms.
- Pick up/remove all trash from outdoor retail space.
- Some window cleaning.
- Ability to lift and carry objects from 15 to 50 pounds.
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
- Maintain all Pioneer Texas equipment.
- Works directly with operations management, executive team, and ownership to ensure that the team is providing the best service experience possible for our clients.
- Follow and adhere to all safety and security guidelines.
- Proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.
- Assist in customer satisfaction.
- Maintain appropriate account retention.
- Have strong employee and client relations.
- Active troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Special project work as requested.
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned by PTX Operations and executive team.

Hours are 11:00 am - 3:00 pm / Monday-Friday
