El Cajon Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Motorclothes and Apparel Sales Associate! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling stuff you love, are a customer service Rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• This position plays a key role in the dealership for customer service, reputation management, profitability, and creating an awesome and fun shopping experience for our customers!
• Maximize every sales opportunity to upsell items and other complimentary items to customers
• Maintain an appealing and inviting retail environment by identifying customer needs/wants
• Project positive image to customers always
• Communicate any sales promotions and/or new merchandise with customers
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Make sure all displays are stocked and organized as required
• Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received
• Update customers on all orders including status of order, backorders, and arrival of orders ensuring satisfaction
• Assist customers with their selections by providing product knowledge of merchandise and fashion feedback

Requirements

• Retail sales experience required.
• Familiar with stocking and organizing inventory.
• Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Ability to remain customer focused and responds in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for the Harley-Davidson brand.
• Attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to customers from different walks of life.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude!
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
