About the role
The communications team is looking for an experienced and creative team member to help tell Rippling’s story in the US and abroad.
This includes, but not limited to, engaging reporters on a regular basis, corporate and product communications, supporting executive communications, and ultimately raising awareness in the US and in new markets.
The role is based in San Francisco.
What you will do
Creatively tell Rippling’s story in national, trade, and tech publications.

Work cross functionally to generate news when Rippling launches a new product and major company announcements.

Manage PR agencies and generate press as we launch new markets

Leverage unique data insights to generate news with business and trade publications.

An entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new, innovative ideas that will stretch the organization and push the boundaries within the industry.
What you will need
8+ years of communications experience.

Experience creating communications strategies from scratch and developing creative ways to generate news.

Exceptional, writer, storyteller, and communicator — can translate complex subjects into simple, compelling narratives.
Strong media relations is required. You will constantly engage reporters, both proactively and reactively to generate news and respond to media inquiries.

Tier 1: $151,000 - $205,000/year
Tier 2: $135,000 - $185,000/year
Tier 3: $128,000 - $175,000/year
