Equity Staffing is searching for several remote part-time Healthcare Customer Service Representatives. This position is with a Fortune 500 organization. *** Position is 100% Remote in Eastern Standard Time ONLY ***

*** Candidate must be Bilingual in two of the following languages: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Bengali or Urdu ***

Specific Duties:

• Works directly with members and provider offices to increase utilization and access/availability of services to members.
• Reach out to members by phone and encourage them to utilize their child’s coverage.
• Educate members on their child’s dental benefits and provide them with assistance scheduling a dental appointment with a Healthplex dental office.
• Track and document member appointments.
• Call Members to confirm dental appointments.

Must have qualifications/experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to speak in one or more of the following languages: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Bengali or Urdu (bi-lingual preferred).

REMOTE/ONSITE: Remote in Eastern Standard Time

Shift Start/End Time: Mondays-Wednesdays from 12:00PM-5:00PM
