A reputable healthcare system in Northeast Texas is actively interviewing for a Healthcare Data Program Product Manager to join their team in the corporate office! This nationally ranked nonprofit organization is growing their team and looking to add a leader with strong experience in Vizient Inc. product implementation and management.

This newly created role will support the Regulatory and Clinical Analytic Operations Director, working in collaboration to roll out new dashboards to clinical staff at the hospital sites, reviewing clinical quality, and providing end user support to all staff. The Healthcare Data Program Product Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the Vizient product, demonstrating how to effectively leverage this product to be viable to all users. The Healthcare Data Programming Manager will lead and design the development of system-wide processes that utilize the new product, working with teams to transform the product into actionable intelligence. The Quality Improvement Program Manager will report directly to the Healthcare Data Programming Manager.

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree highly preferred
• 4+ years of experience with Vizient, Inc. product usage and implementation
• 4+ years of experience with dashboard design and data architecture
• 2+ years of experience with Business Intelligence visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, in addition to SQL, SAS, or other statistical analysis tools
• Healthcare background and hospital experience, along with knowledge of healthcare regulatory metrics including CMS, VBP, HAC, NHSN, Leapfrog, and/or TJC
• Previous experience managing or leading a team
