What you get to do:
- Support new hires and established users (local and remote) with both hardware and software needs.
- Update assigned tickets through ticketing system.
- Take on any task big and small with enthusiasm.
- Solve complex and high-level technical problems.
- Maintain effective communication with Help Desk Supervisor.
Your background will likely include:
- 2+ years troubleshooting and fixing computers both PCs and Macs.
- Some experience troubleshooting peripheral devices (IP Phones, Printers, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking.
- Ability to multitask on the fly and prioritize requests.
- An ability to communicate technical problems and solutions in a simple fashion.
- Previous experience in a financial environment.
- Eager to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of college, preferably in business or computer-related studies, or certificate in a state accredited computer type program.
