Description
- Provides technical support to end users on a variety of issues like software installations or hardware installations.
- Provides Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Proficient to ensure customer issues are resolved in the most timely and effective manner possible
