We are seeking an IT Support Administrator to join our team!

Envigo, Is looking for Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. We are professionals who enjoy all aspects of IT. We build computers, servers, network racks, set up AV equipment, and keep clients in the know. We love and do all things tech. We help our clients leverage technology and provide meaningful results. Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Ability to work in a team environment and have the flexibility to work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Hardware problems on desktop computers
• Routine desktop/laptop and fundamental network problems
• Windows Desktops/Laptops
• Install and configure desktop operation systems
• Provide essential support for Mac laptops and desktops
• Administer essential network devices and hardware print servers
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Active Directory / Group Policy
• * Office 365 (inc. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• * VMware / Hyper-V
• * Cloud - Azure, some AWS is a bonus.
• * Storage, Backup, and DR experience.

Qualifications:

• Certification is highly desirable - Net+ Sec+ Microsoft AZ-104
• Preferred work experience: IT Helpdesk 2 years / Managed Service Provider
• Working knowledge of systems hardware, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices
• Exchange / Office 365 Support and understand Active Directory
• Strong critical and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
• Comfortable multi-tasking
• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Positive and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
