Responsibilities

Engage in external business development activities on a daily basis including:

• Previous home care marketing or similar experience and existing referral partner relationships are required for this position.
• Develop territory by building relationships with home care referral partners
• Receive and make new client calls, including follow-up calls
• Perform in-home assessments with potential clients and create Plans of Care (POC)
• Represent the company at networking events, health fairs, and tradeshows
• Participate in community activities with referral partners
• Host events that support our referral partners and community
• Attend and contribute to outside meetings related to the older adult community
• Follow-up with existing clients and families to ensure the quality of service and care.
• Support other administrative areas of the company including scheduling and client management.

• Must be able to positively engage all types of people
• Must have fantastic verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently and responsibly
• Must have superb organizational and time management skills
• Must have a positive can-do attitude
• Must have a passion for older adults and experience in this area is a PLUS

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
