Job description

Position:Home Health RN

  • $65/Hour,13 Weeks Contract

Shift Info :Mon-Fri 8-4:30 with call

  • 1 year of experience as Home Health RN required
  • Home Health Care Unit- Home Health Care experience preferred
  • Experience in acute care or home care setting preferred.
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required
  • PALS required
  • NRP required
  • ATT required
  • Iowa state RN License required
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, required.
  • Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.

Job Description:

  • To assume the responsibilities and accountability of a clinically proficient nurse for promoting and assuring patient centered care to individuals living in their own residence.
  • To minimize the effects of illness and disability through the provision of physician directed services.
  • To integrate professional abilities for the overall planning, delivery, coordination and evaluation of patient care.
  • Iowa state RN license required
