We’re currently seeking a bright, attentive person for the full-time Horticulture Manager position in our Plant Department. As a member of the Plant Department, your work is vital to ensuring hundreds of thousands of plants are happy and healthy. Your primary responsibilities will include leading, managing, and holding the Horticulture team accountable, and working alongside your team in caring for plants and processing customer orders. - Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday (8 AM to 4:30 PM)
- $17.50 to $19/hour (commensurate with experience)

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Leading, managing, and holding the Horticulture team accountable
- Working alongside the Horticulture team
- Overseeing plant health and care
- Order fulfillment
- Overseeing department production and inventory
- Tracking and completing special projects
For this position, you MUST possess:
- Management experience
- Horticulture experience (including pest identification)
- Order fulfillment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Special consideration is given to those with:
- Degree in Horticulture
- 3+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of horticulture experience
- 3+ years of order fulfillment experience
