Hospitality & Account Coordinator (Onsite - Tesla Fremont)
Job description
The Onsite Hospitality & Account Coordinator is responsible for the morning food vendor program onsite duties at Tesla - Bay Area.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Complete daily rounds to all vendors and locations on-site the account
- Maintain day-to-day communication with vendors and account main point of contact
- Facilitate all onsite responsibilities at Tesla
- Complete daily administrative duties that include, but not limited to, schedule updates, program
- updates, vendor profile maintenance, light accounting, and vendor onboarding
- Select the best locations for our stationary and roaming vendors
- Ensure all vendors food and facilities meet quality standards & food safety regulations
- Schedule monthly food vendor shifts between external and internal sites
- Maintain positive relationship between food vendors and account contact
- Assist in organization and management of monthly catering events
- Discuss cuisine needs with account contact
- Hardware maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime for POS systems
- Submit weekly program progress reports to project manager
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to answer calls/texts/emails from vendors and account contact between Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm pst unless stated otherwise
- Ability to work onsite account 5 days per week, hours 9:00am-4:00pm
- Weekly Admin Day (work from home option available) depending on account needs
- Available to be on-call rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday 8:00am - 1:00pm)
- Attend weekly City Flavor virtual team meetings and Tesla / City Flavor virtual meetings
- Capable of learning and utilizing City Flavor management software
- Capable of learning and utilizing G Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Gmail)
- Light accounting capabilities
- Ability to be on foot several hours/day
- Account Management experience with a hospitality background
- Quick learner with ability to learn hardware and troubleshoot(EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)
- Excels in customer/relationship management - understanding client and vendors needs, building
- trust, and establishing a rapport
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Hospitality Management/Account Management/Culinary Management/Event Management preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $31,906.90 - $61,097.55 per year
