Pier House Restaurant & Bar - Orange Beach is a small business in Orange Beach, AL. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Bring upscale dining with great, incredible food to the beach. .

We are looking for an engaging, warm, and energetic individual to join our front of house team in a Host/Host role at a popular restaurant in the Orange Beach area. The ideal candidate will be comfortable talking about the menu, listing specials and answering questions about offerings. A strong knowledge of wines, beers and cocktails is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Show customers to their seats when they arrive.
• Take drink orders from customers at the bar.
• Converse with customers to provide information about the menu and specials.
• Serve food and drinks to customers.
• Suggest menu items to customers.
• Answer customer inquiries about the restaurant and its policies.
• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they have everything they need.
• Direct or redirect guests to other staff members as necessary.
• Greet and welcome returning guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
