Last Call Hospitality is looking for a welcoming Hostess who can provide an excellent guest experience to our customers at Sunset Club Rooftop Bar. Our Hostess will be able to engage with our customers, assist them with their reservations and deliver a memorable experience, exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Greeting all customers upon arrival and show them to their tables/lounge
- Prepare tables and seating space for customers
- Ensuring Server(s) is assigned & introduced to reservations promptly
- Making menu item recommendations to guests as needed
- Communicating any allergy to bar and kitchen team
- Assists the staff to ensure tables are ready for guests
- Providing attentive service to guests, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs
- Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Check in on all reservations to ensure their experience is going well
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Host/hostess: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
