The Washington Plaza Hotel, a 340-room hotel with over 13,000 square feet of function space, has an excellent opportunity for a qualified Assistant Front Office Manager. The candidate's primary responsibility is to assist in overseeing the Front Office operations including the Front Desk and Bell Staff.
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the guest receives excellent service from the time they walk in the door until their departure. The position is vital in the training and development of the Front Office team and handling of customer concerns.
The successful candidate will have strong organization, communication and customer service skills. 1 - 2 years of Front Desk Supervision experience is preferred.

Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
