We’re looking for an energetic Front Desk Associate to join our busy and professional team! The successful candidate should be friendly, outgoing, driven with a guest service-oriented demeanor. The ideal Front Desk Associate candidate will be able to effectively multitask, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, present a friendly, outgoing, energetic, and guest service-oriented demeanor. Must have basic computer skills. Must submit a resume.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Welcoming, checking in, and exceeding guest expectations by anticipating the services they might require
-Imparting knowledge to the local area including attractions and restaurants
-Communicating information about the hotel amenities and policies
-Exhibiting computer skills; accurate cash and credit card handling
-Solving all situations and guest requests
-Maintaining cleanliness of the lobby, public areas, and back of house
-Identifying reward members/enrolling new members
Job Requirements
Reliable Transportation
Able to work weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
