Sourcing Specialist Summary: API is seeking a full-time Sourcing Specialist to manage the hotel and ground transportation procurement process and produce high-quality destination presentations for our clients.

Sourcing Specialist Duties:

• Source and collect hotel data in key destinations
• Manage the Request for Proposal process
• Secure and negotiate rates, services and amenities with hotels and ground transportation suppliers
• Analyze market trends
• Produce high quality and details destination presentations
• Manage crewmember feedback

Sourcing Specialist Competencies:

• Fluent in English with a second language a plus
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and integrative negotiation skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse cultures
• Salesforce experience a plus, but not required
• Hotel experience preferred
