Pegasus Moving and Cleaning is seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to join our growing team to meet the needs of our senior community.

Job duties include residential cleaning assistance for clients at specific Home Forward properties throughout the Portland Metro Area. The objective is to provide housekeeping and laundry services to improve clients' living conditions and avoid eviction. All supplies and PPE will be provided.

Cleaning tasks generally involve:

• Mopping
• Sweeping
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Trash/Recycling round-up and removal
• Organizing
• Washing dishes
• Processing laundry

Schedule: Availability Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements:

• Ability to perform the physical demands of the work. This may include prolonged standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent attendance.
• Customer and client service focus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available to work in scheduled hours listed above.
• Basic technology skills including ability to use phone-based apps for Gmail including Google Calendar, Docs, Drive, and Photos.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Pay range: Starting rate is $18-20/hour with opportunity for advancement and merit-based wage increases after 90 days.

Employment type: Full Time and Part Time positions available.
