Brief Summary of Job Duties
Under general supervision, functions as a lead work in maintaining building interiors, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness and attractive conditions are maintained in assigned areas. Performs all of the responsibilities of a housekeeper while in this elevated role.

- Removing trash from assigned areas including outside building entrances and loading docks.
- Mopping floors in restrooms, hallways, stairwells, offices, classrooms, common areas; etc. with water and approved products.
- Vacuuming all carpet areas at regular intervals.
- Dusting, cleaning furniture and blinds using cleaning cloths and other cleaning tools.
- Cleaning walls, doors, windows, transoms, display cases both inside and out.
- Cleaning bathroom toilets, mirrors, sinks, etc. and replenishing supplies (e.g. toilet tissue, hand towels, hand soap).
- Assisting Morgan’s recycling efforts by collecting recycled items and placing them in each building’s designated area.
- Shoveling snow, clearing ice and spreading snow/ice melting compound within designated areas.
- Driving state-owned vehicles (if eligible and qualified) as directed to transport supplies and materials.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
