Job description / Housekeeper

As a housekeeper you will be able and willing to perform the following:

· Ensure that counter / table-top surfaces are clean and free of clutter.

· Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms, restrooms, corridors, offices, lobbies, elevator, and all common areas.

· Ensure that floors are kept in a safe and clean condition

· Be able to vacuum, sweep, dust, mop.

· Understand how to clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sink, countertops

· Shampoo carpets, rugs, upholstery, as needed.

· Clean mirrors, glass, metal fixtures / fittings.

· Replenish general supplies as needed.

· Assist with laundry; sort, wash, dry, fold, put away.

· Prep for events as requested / assist with clean-up after events as requested.

· Follow direction and be redirected to tasks that are reasonable for you to perform.

· Report for your scheduled shifts, and clock in / out for your breaks as required.

· Assist with trash removal in a sanitary manner.

· After securing the area, immediately report damage, concerns, or safety hazards to your supervisor.

· Understand written and oral instructions.

· Be able to prioritize your work schedule.

· Keep all cleaning products secure.

· Follow all company safety and security procedures.

· Ensure confidentiality of resident / company information.

· Be approachable to residents and staff.

· Display a collaborative mindset, reliability, adaptability, and integrity.

· Physical stamina and mobility, including reaching, kneeling, bending, walking.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
