Location: Austin, TX (ONSITE)
Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:
A Human Resources Coordinator contributes to company's success by supporting multiple facets of the Human Resources department, striving for innovation and strategic results in each area. An HR Coordinator assists the HR Manager with components of employee recruiting, hiring, onboarding , benefits administration, training & development, salary structuring and HR Madrid initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead hiring efforts, including recruiting strategy, interviewing and extending offers to high potential candidates with the goal of attracting and retaining a high-quality workforce
  • Develop and maintain all required employment files in order to be in compliance with state & federal regulations and to ensure the company's protection from any undue risk
  • Assist the HR Manager with generating and delivering presentations that will be used to educate employees on HR-related topics or inform other HR team members of ongoing and future projects
  • Research potential training and employee development opportunities when requested by management, focusing on viable options within the budget while still delivering a high return on investment
  • Review candidate resumes with an eye for professional and/or educational backgrounds that align with the open position's requirements, as well as with HR's recruiting goals and the organization's values
  • Coordinate and schedule on-site and phone interviews with potential employees
  • Manage job posting boards by placing current openings on the appropriate sites or removing openings as they are filled
  • Support the HR manager in the compensation area by developing and maintaining companywide job descriptions and producing & analyzing market salary data to ensure competitive salary offers
  • Facilitate the new hire onboarding process in order to have new employees enrolled in the benefit plans they choose to participate in, the online payroll system, and to complete all necessary forms or policies
  • Coordinate with insurance broker on a regular basis in order to enroll new employees, report qualifying events, or terminate coverage; review insurance invoices for accuracy;
  • Assist with annual insurance renewal and open enrollment
  • Meet with HR Manager on a regular basis to understand strategic business objectives, organizational design, departmental goals, and to update on current and future initiatives or projects
  • Track HR metrics in Excel, such as interviews, new hires, and turnover statistics, for which the data is then used in various reports to track trends and areas for improvement within the department
  • Develop, administer and analyze employee surveys and questionnaires in order to obtain feedback that can be used to drive improvements and future initiatives within the HR department
  • Assist the HR Manager with developing and writing of new company policies or improving existing policies, in an articulate and concise manner
  • Disseminate new employee announcements to the US workforce in order to keep employees aware of new team members and their backgrounds
  • Research and explore emerging HR tools, benefits, and trends for viable options to use for continual improvement within the company in order to separate the organizational culture from its competitors
  • Produce and track any HR-related forms as they become necessary for use within the organization
  • Support special employee relations projects and HR Madrid initiatives as necessary
  • Attend local HR forums and conferences in order to stay up-to-date on HR-related laws and best practices
  • Perform other job-related duties as necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
