POSITION: HR Generalist

LOCATION: Portland Metro Area

Established multi-site vein practice in the Pacific Northwest is looking for physician to join our growing practices. Inovia Vein Specialty Clinics currently have 5 offices, (Northwest Portland, Tigard, Happy Valley, Tanasbourne, and Bend Oregon).

We are our region’s leading centers for comprehensive, state-of the art diagnosis and treatment of venous disease. This includes complex venous diagnosis and treatment, in office vein ablation and sclerotherapy as well as the diagnosis and management of DVT. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing practice that utilizes the latest and most effective treatments and technologies.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s HR functions. You are responsible for ensuring that the HR needs of the company are met, and that all employees are supported in their roles. You will report to the HR manager and work closely with other members of the HR and Operations team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, setting up interviews, and reference checks.
• Maintains all job postings clinic wide
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation, including conducting orientations and ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, employee relations, and performance management.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and administration of benefit plans.
• Assists in clinical staff credentialing
• Assists with 401k administration
• Maintain accurate HR records and files and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain Trainual tracking of all employee's clinic wide.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.
• Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and applicant tracking systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
