Working Title: Testing Administrator
Description:
- Tracking, monitoring, analyzing, processing, and documenting testing data/information by using
databases, spreadsheets, and other systems to gather and interpret complex testing information
to organize multiple assignments, tasks, and projects all while meeting tight deadlines
- Experience in an analytical position utilizing database programs and spreadsheet software
- Demonstrated experience in performing a variety of functions and handling programs, projects,
and assignments
- Supporting Corporate Testing Team in all three areas of pre-employment testing
administration: GO5 Point Person, Field Testing, and Testing Operations
- Serving as a critical touchpoint and navigator for employees and candidates. Coordinating and
scheduling calendar meeting notices and on-site physical and verbal knowledge testing
- Maintaining awareness of Human Resource programs, products, services, practices, and policies
and exercises good judgment when communicating information to clients and customers daily
via phone call, e-mail, written correspondence, and face-to-face
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisitions,
Talent & Assessments Programs, Bids and Transfers Team, and Powerline Trades by being
positive, communicating with respect and actively listen to client’s needs
- Applying union agreements to keep Southern California Edison in compliance with U.W.U.A, and
I.B.E.W Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Handling of confidential sensitive employee information, by following policies, and
procedures set forth by Human Resources and Corporate Testing Department
- Candidate must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Incumbent may assist with preparing specifications from which programs will be written
- Support managers, supervisors, recruiters, and candidates to confirm availability, conference
rooms and details for performance assessments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The role will help provide an excellent candidate experience at our Testing Center located in Irwindale,
CA and across multiple communication channels (email, phone, Teams, etc.). The job will also entail
working occasionally at our Training Centers (Chino, Alhambra, Westminster, etc.) to support our
Lineman, Groundman and other physical testings.
Required Skills/Attributes:
I'm looking for someone that has some background in Human Resources, is a quick learner, customer /
candidate experience focused, understands confidentiality / privacy, and has a high aptitude / desire for
technology. This is a full-time permanent role with great exposure and opportunity to be a part of a
dynamic team. Specifically looking for folks with high aptitude to learn technology, professional,
customer center focused, and very adaptable. Also, communication skills are very important. 0-5 years
of experience.
Desired Skills/Attributes:
Prefer someone that is local to the area (San Gabriel Valley) and able to commute to Chino, Alhambra,
Westminster, etc.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
