HR Support Services Associate
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide support to colleagues by answering questions, providing explanations, resolving issues and responding to inquiries related to colleague data, programs, policies, practices and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serves as a first-level resource for colleague interactions with CR responding to inquiries in a professional, urgent and confidential manner.
  • Performs and provides guidance on administrative tasks including, but not limited to, compliance document distribution and collection, verifications of employment and good standing, unemployment claims and review/approval of one-time payments.
  • Monitors, troubleshoots and offers instruction for colleague self-service for initiating transactions in the HRIS system.
  • Maintains colleague data in compliance with federal and state standards.
  • Collaborates with and supports Tier 2 and other Centers of Excellence “COE’s” on general CR programs, initiatives and projects as needed.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
One (1) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in HRIS and/or case management tools preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion regarding the handling of confidential information
  • Ability to grasp information quickly and probe effectively when required
  • Self-driven with a sense of ownership of work product and accountability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
  • Knowledge of CR concepts and terminology preferred
