Cruisers Yachts is a world renown manufacturer of luxury yachts. At the center of Cruisers Yachts you'll find heart. With our continued growth, we are looking to add a motivated and hardworking Hull Assemblers to our Oconto, WI location. This position will prep and assemble the hull of the boat.

This is a 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with overtime as needed.

What you will do:

• The subassembly and installation of all parts and materials required for the installation of fresh water systems, waste systems, and air conditioning systems.
• The routing and connection of plumbing and electrical harnesses.
• Installations of fiberglass liners.
• Installation of pre-assembled modules, cabinetry, bulkheads, wall coverings, and hull vinyls.

The hull assembly position requires individuals with a wide range of general ability as the operations are varied (plumbing, minor electrical, fiber glassing, and wood assemblies).

What you need to have

• Previous Manufacturing experience, fiberglass boats preferred
• Hand tools experience is desirable
• Must have ability to pass a pulmonary function test. Dust mask and other respiratory protection required at times and always recommended at other times due to fumes and dust
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Quality conscious
• Detail-oriented and focused
