Key Qualifications:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma with at least two (2) years of clerical/personnel experience.
- Working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning personnel administration in nursing care facilities; more specifically laws pertaining to Worker’s Compensation and unemployment guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Director of Human Resources in the daily operation of the Human Resources Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to assure that quality personnel are interviewed, trained and employed.
