What You’ll Do: We are currently looking for a Human Resources Co-Op Student to join our team! Working under the direction of the HR Operations Director, the Human Resources Co-Op will be responsible for performing assigned day-to-day varied administrative tasks of the Human Resources Operations team. The individual will support the following essential functions and responsibilities:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with compiling data and information for participation in base pay related surveys and helps prepare results summary and salary analysis.
  • Assists with compiling data and information for participation in benefits related surveys and helps prepare results summary as well benefits and insurance analysis.
  • Assists with base pay administration including reviewing position descriptions for position grading and assists with reporting for pay analysis.
  • Assists with maintaining the Bank’s salary grade structure and new hire starting salaries summary.
  • Assists with upcoming position description analysis and compensation related projects.
  • Assists with the HR Bankwide budget entries into Vena (tool) and runs and prepares monthly budget vs. actual reporting.
  • Handles the department’s incoming and outgoing interoffice mail and distributes to the appropriate team members.
  • Assists with other assignments and initiatives as requested by the HR Operations Director.

This position starts July 2023 and ends December 2023. The person in this position will work a hybrid schedule and will work at 18 Palmer Street Lowell, MA on their onsite days. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
