POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for all human resource functions and provide strategic leadership to support all staff. Functions that include recruitment, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, HRMS, career planning, policies, budget, compliance, and communication.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Manage and maintain all areas of human resources, benefit, and compensation programs.
  • Assist other Zoomlion companies with HR needs, e.g., recruiting and onboarding as needed.
  • Recruit qualified job candidates, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegation, work complaints, or other employee or leader behaviors/concerns.
  • Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, employee relations and leadership growth and development, etc.
  • Interpret and educate staff on human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Maintain and update human resource documents, records and HRMS, such as organization charts, employee history, employee handbooks or directories, performance evaluation cycle, and miscellaneous forms and practices.
  • Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
  • Direct the development and implementation of organizational development programs, employee orientation and training programs, benefits plans, policies and guidelines, database management procedures, equal opportunity employment programs, immigration, employee records and documentation policies.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws, industry regulations including benefit compliance, e.g., ACA.
  • Planning, overseeing and fiscally managing the HR budget.
  • Develop effective training and personal development plans and programs.
  • Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required, Field of Study: Human Resources, Management or related field

Experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Leadership

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and ADP HRIS/HRMS system(s). Visio a plus.

Certifications & Licenses: PHR or SPHR preferred.
