MUST HAVE ADP EXPERIENCE! MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL BETWEEN TWO SEPERATE FACILITIES!
Position Summary:
For assigned facilities provides HR generalist support focusing on recruitment, retention, and pay & benefits administration.
Core Responsibilities:
- Recruits for open positions including posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling
- Develops and implements recruitment strategies for difficult to recruit job categories
- Processes offers of employment for selected candidates
- Completes onboarding of new hires including pre-employment physical and screening, license verification, I-9
- Establishes employee record and initiates new hire checklist
- Enters new hire into payroll system
- Reviews payroll prior to final processing; provides facility administrators and RDO with payroll summary reports
- Provides information re: benefits, payroll, HR policies
- Processes requests for FMLA and non-FMLA LOAs
- Coordinates New Hire Orientation
- Compiles and analyzes monthly employee turnover statistics
- In collaboration with RDO and Corporate HR, develops and implements employee retention strategies
- Acts as a resource to department heads regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assists with facility investigations related to employee suspension or termination, or allegations of harassment, discrimination or other work environment issues.
- Assures compliance with all local, state and federal laws relating to HR management
- Other duties as requested or assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR management including pay and benefit administration required.
