Responsibilities:
- The Plumbing Tech Helper learns to investigate and analyze all types of plumbing, heating, and drainage calls. Provide support to Technicians on the job. Other duties as assigned.
- Assists Technicians to investigate and analyze all types of plumbing, heating, and drainage calls, to meet customer satisfaction.
- Must be customer oriented with the ability to use good judgment and solve problems.
- Communicate adequately and appropriately with the customer.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Motivated to learn all aspects of plumbing service work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is desirable.
