Job description

The install technician we are seeking will be able to support 2-4 years in professional HVAC service and install work.

Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various makes and models of HVAC equipment

· Repair and maintain Residential HVAC systems

· Maintain personal tools according to company guidelines

· Have a commitment to high level of customer service

· Attend training seminars as needed for equipment

Qualifications:

· EPA Universal certified preferred

· Customer service experience with strong people skills

· Applicants must have a current driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record, must be insurable to drive to and from assigned jobs

· Able to work in a team atmosphere

· Hydronic service preferred

· Willingness to interface with clients and effectively communicate service/project outcomes and recommendations

Requirements:

· At least 2-4 years’ experience desired

· Flexibility with schedule during high volume times, ability to work M-F 7:30am-5:00pm with scheduled on-call weeks

· Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings preferred

· Acceptable DMV report

· Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen

Compensation and benefits: Competitive benefit package and salary commensurate with experience after an onsite interview. $22.00 - $32.00 hourly.
