Serving Southwest Florida since 1992, ProQuest Cooling Systems is a family-owned business focused on residential and light commercial HVAC.

We are expanding our service department, seeking two, professional, lead technicians with great technical ability, communication skills and professionalism.

ProQuest Cooling is a customer service focused company.

We are NOT looking for “Sales Technicians”.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years experience as an HVAC service technician.

A strong mechanical aptitude is needed & proven experience in installation, service, troubleshooting and repairing both communicating and non-communicating equipment.

A valid & clean driver license record is required & the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test. Candidates must be organized, neat in appearance & able to communicate clearly in English as you will be dealing directly with our customers.

$500 sign on bonus at 90 days
