A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC TECHNICIAN & SALES

As an HVAC Technician & Sales, you enjoy meeting new people each day and arrive for your appointments promptly and put together. Meeting with our customers in-home, you aim to personally connect with them and build a strong rapport. After listening to any concerns they may have, you are sure to properly and accurately complete home comfort surveys, analyses and complete load calculations. After assessing their needs, you recommend the appropriate products and clearly explain the associated benefits. You openly discuss and handle financing, rebate and tax credit documentation, as well as payment after performing calculations necessary for HVAC work. You are comfortable and confident organizing invoicing and financing. In order to accurately list equipment and materials needed, you take pictures of all the existing work.

Though you love interacting with people, you are also organized and goal-oriented. Seeing your efforts pay off in your paycheck gives you a great sense of accomplishment. You also feel good about making our customers' homes comfortable while driving our revenue so that we can keep doing what we do.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience of 3+ years
• HVAC technician experience of 1+ years
• Able to use tablet-based dispatch/sales software
• Competent understanding of job cost and pricing guides
• A valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Pass a background check and periodic drug testing
